Military Child World Expo & Signature Events

The Military Child World Expo and the American Torchbearers Showcase are FREE and open to the public.

About “Tickets”

While you may see a “Buy Tickets” option, please note:

• All tickets are $0.00

• Selecting “Buy” simply:

  • Guarantees entry

  • Helps us manage capacity

  • Allows for reserved seating or standing room, as available

 

There is no cost to attend the Expo or the American Torchbearers Showcase.
The same ticketing process applies to both events.

The Caregivers Breakfast is a separate RSVP-only event with specific attendance guidelines to ensure youth safety and equitable access.

 

Who May Attend for Free

• Military-connected and civilian teen caregivers

• Includes one (1) accompanying parent or legal guardian

⚠️ All individuals under age 17 must be accompanied by an adult family member or legal guardian.

Attendance Limits & Fees

• Each family may nominate up to two (2) in-person attendees

• Additional adult attendees (beyond the one included adult) will be assessed a $100 fee per adult

• Individuals or company representatives who wish to attend the Caregivers Breakfast will be assessed a $100 fee

 

This fee is not a fundraiser.

It helps cover:

• Parking

• Breakfast

• Entertainment

• Awards and recognition ceremony

• Special gifts for attendees

• Keynote and guest speakers
