Advancing the National Work Together
Sponsors & Partners

The Military Child World Expo Foundation (MCWEF) collaborates with sponsors, philanthropic partners, community organizations, and institutions that share a commitment to recognizing, supporting, and preserving the identity of military-connected children.

Sponsors & Partners outlines how partners contribute to the national work and how MCWEF stewards those relationships responsibly.

Our Approach to Partnership

MCWEF partnerships are built on alignment, integrity, and shared responsibility. Sponsors and partners support programs and platforms that advance recognition, belonging, and cultural stewardship for military-connected children.

Partnership does not imply endorsement of products or services. All partnerships are evaluated to ensure alignment with MCWEF’s mission and values.

Types of Partners

Institutional & Community Partners

Organizations that contribute expertise, programming, facilities, or outreach support, including schools, cultural institutions, community organizations, and civic partners.

Philanthropic & Corporate Sponsors

Stewardship & Accountability

MCWEF is committed to responsible stewardship of all partner and sponsor support.

This includes:

  • Clear use-of-funds alignment

  • Appropriate public recognition

  • Mission-aligned visibility

  • Transparency and accountability

Partnerships are structured to support long-term impact rather than short-term promotion.

Recognizing Our Partners

MCWEF recognizes partners and sponsors through:

  • Program materials and publications

  • Event acknowledgment (where appropriate)

  • Digital recognition on MCWEF platforms

  • Press and public communications

Recognition levels and placement are determined by partnership scope and program alignment.
