Presented by the Military Child World Expo Foundation

This registration page is for colleges, universities, community colleges, military-affiliated schools, DoDEA-aligned institutions, and scholarship-granting organizations interested in participating in the Scholarship & Pathways Row at the Military Child World Expo 2026.

 

Participation is complimentary, education-focused, and not a fundraising activity. Space is limited  and placement is confirmed on a first-completed, mission-aligned basis.

Important Information

1 / WHO SHOULD REGISTER

This opportunity is intended for institutions that support:

  • Higher education access

  • First-generation college students

  • Military-connected students and families

  • Civilian students exploring postsecondary pathways

  • Scholarship, financial aid, and admissions guidance

 

Institutions do not need to serve caregivers exclusively. The Scholarship & Pathways Row is open to institutions serving diverse student populations.

2 /PURPOSE OF PARTICIPATION

The Scholarship & Pathways Row connects students and families directly with education institutions in a setting that recognizes:

  • Leadership and service

  • Identity, belonging, and lived experience

  • Caregiving as a form of responsibility and readiness

 

This is not a traditional college fair. It is a mission-aligned education access initiative designed to translate experience into opportunity.

3 / WHAT PARTICIPATING INSTITUTIONS MAY OFFER

Institutions may choose to provide:

  • Admissions and recruitment guidance

  • Scholarship and financial aid information

  • On-the-spot conditional scholarships (conditions may apply)

  • Application fee waivers

  • Essay writing or admissions workshops

  • Military-connected and DoDEA-aligned programs

 

Participation does not require offering scholarships or awards

4 / TABLE & LOGISTICS INFORMATION
  • Cost: Complimentary participation

  • Space Allocation: 50 sq ft (aligned with standard Expo exhibitors)

  • Setup Requirements:

    • Institutions must provide their own table, chairs, and draped skirt

    • Expo-provided table and chairs may be available for a small fee to cover costs

  • Important:

    • This is not a fundraising activity

    • Sales of products or services are not permitted

Submission of this registration form does not guarantee placement. Once reviewed, approved institutions will receive:

  • Confirmation of participation

  • Table assignment

  • Exhibitor logistics and setup details
